Section 67
Non-punishment
Train driver or co-driver or involved in train operation in other cases except in the case of offense under this Act: If any act done by the person in good faith in the course of fulfilling his duties causes any loss or damage to any person or his property or the structure of the railway. . No punishment shall be imposed on such train driver, co-driver or person involved in train operation.
